After excelling as a confectionery apprentice, Attilio Babbi began in the 1950s to passionately create cones, wafers and ingredients for gelato masters in the heart of Romagna, Italy. In 1958, he created the "perfect dessert cookie" that could offer an unforgettable experience of taste. Thus, the Viennesi and Waferini were born.
Today, together with Giulio (CEO) and his three sons, the fourth Babbi generation works at the company. Love, attention and care have always been the Babbi Company's secret to create unique, inimitable specialties. This is their philosophy, because they believe that there is nothing better than giving all those who consume their products an exquisitely perfect experience.
