Based near Geneva, Switzerland, Goldkenn was founded in 1980 to bring innovation to the worldwide tradition of Swiss chocolate. To achieve this, four of the best Swiss Maître Chocolatiers joined the Goldkenn team, each one specializing in one of the techniques necessary to develop each of the recipes and product lines.
Combining two famous Swiss symbols — banks and chocolate — Goldkenn created the world famous "Gold Bar," rapidly followed by several other original product lines, inventive, yet respectful of their Swiss chocolate heritage.
The commercial success of Goldkenn products was crowned by the entry into a totally new market for chocolate products: duty-free shops in airports.
By successfully developing a new market category for chocolate, Goldkenn became a pioneer in the airport retail market and then moved into a second ground-breaking market: sales onboard planes, known in the airline industry as "in-flight".
Right from the first year, worldwide sales developed rapidly and Goldkenn became one of the premier brands of Swiss chocolate with a respected reputation in the international travel retail industry.
Liquor Bar Collection
Since 1985, a fusion between a clear know-how of fine Swiss chocolate liquor recipes along with solid partnerships with well-known international brand distilleries such as: American Jack Daniel’s, French Rémy Martin and Cointreau, Amarula, Captain Morgan, and others.
The liquor line offers various range of products dedicated to those who enjoy discovering new chocolate recipe sensations, meant for adults and lovers of premium Swiss chocolate in combination with their preferred spirits. Swiss Gold Collection
All of the chocolate in the Gold Collection is the result of Goldkenn's traditional chocolate-making expertise. This collection, created using the finest Swiss milk chocolate or intense dark chocolate, will surprise you with its range of tastes and creations.The collection comprises a range of different chocolates, including the famous original pralines contained in the gold bullion bar, 30 pieces of real Swiss milk or dark chocolate.
