2024 Winter Fancy Food Show in Las Vegas
B&R Classics will be exhibiting at the 2024 Winter Fancy Food Show in Las Vegas! It takes place January 21st through 23rd at the Vegas Convention Center. This will be the company’s first Winter Fancy Food Show in four years, and the first since the event’s move to Las Vegas.

Chiostro’s first-ever gluten-free colomba dove cake for spring announced
Italian panettone manufacturer Chiostro di Saronno has unveiled two new colomba cakes for Spring 2024!
Italian for “dove,” colomba is part of Italy's culinary Easter tradition with candied orange peels topped with sprinkles and almonds. New varieties include a gianduja hazelnut praline chocolate option as well as the brand’s first gluten-free colomba.
Babbi’s new Easter eggs and spring colors for 2024
Babbi, the Italian manufacturer of delicious wafers covered in chocolate, is unveiling new products for Easter and the rest of the spring seasion. Highlights include Babbini-filled metal Easter eggs, and beautifully designed pastel Babbini boxes.
Tasting Italian spreads and amaretti at Yankee Stadium
B&R Classics returned to Yankee Stadium this afternoon to meet customers at Ace Endico’s Annual Food Tasting event… and met a legend!
Customers were able to sample the fig fruit spread from Le Conserve Della Nonna, as well as crunchy amaretti from Amaretti del Chiosto.
We even had the opportunity to meet the greatest closer of all time, Hall of Famer Mariano Rivera!
Babbi unveils new Christmas and Valentine’s chocolate wafers
Babbi, the Italian manufacturer of delicious chocolate-covered wafers, is unveiling new products, including several specially designed for Christmas and Valentine’s Day. There are also new hazelnut gems, as well as Viennesi squares packaged in four-piece gift boxes and ten-piece bags.
New Panettone for Holiday 2023
New product lines have been launched, including “Golden Reindeer” and “Vintage Memories” tins, as well as new “Elegance” gift boxes.
For the first time, Chiostro is now offering a vegan panettone, joining the lifestyle recipe line of bio-certified and gluten-free options.
There is also a new fresh berries and cream hand wrapped panettone, along with a hazelnut and chocolate panettone in a luxury tin.
New Yorkers find their new, sweet Babbi from Cesena, Italy
B&R Classics and Babbi supported an Italian cultural magazine event on Friday, March 10th at the fashionable SEY Coffee on Grattan Street in Brooklyn.
Babbi satisfied the sweet cravings of the crowd with the Viennesi pistachio and fondente (dark chocolate) squares, seven varieties of Babbini chocolate wafers, and generous servings of premium pistachio and hazelnut spreads. A sweet night all around!
