Ingredients: Dextrose, Animal gelatine, Anhydrous glucose syrup, Coconut oil, LACTOSE, MILK proteins, Modified starch, Flavorings. May contain EGG, SOY

Pour 250g of Mousse Mix into a bowl and add the room temperature fresh cream. Stir with an electric whisk for a few minutes to obtain an airy and soft structure. Flavor the mousse at will with the Pastes of the Babbi Home Bakery line (Pistachio, Hazelnut, Vanilla), simply adding 125-150g of Pasta to 1250g of mousse. For the Vanilla Paste, use 25-30g of paste in 1250g of mousse. Pour the mousse into a cup or glass and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
