Pour the Red Velvet Cake Mix into a bowl, add the softened butter (or seed oil) and the eggs. Stir with an electric whisk for about 3 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and lighter. Pour the mixture into a 18/20 cm diameter buttered cake mould and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (ventilated) or 180°C (static) for about 40 to 50 minutes.
