Ingredients: Rice flour, Sugar, Corn starch, Thickeners: Xanthan gum, Salt, Natural flavor. May contain MILK PROTEINS, NUTS, SOY, EGG.
Pour the Biscuit Mix into a bowl, add the cubed butter, the sugar and the egg yolks and mix until it has a homogeneous consistency. Roll out the pastry between 2 sheets of parchment paper and leave to rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Once the setting time has elapsed, cut out the biscuits of the desired size. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (ventilated) or 180°C (static) for about 15-20 minutes for the biscuits.
