Spring 2026 Additions Announced

B&R Classics, the U.S. importer of 12 fine European brands, is announcing new items that will be available for the first time for Spring 2026. Pre-book orders for all spring shipments are due by October 29th to ensure the warehouse will have what customers are ordering. Orders will ship in February, as soon as our containers filled with fresh products arrive from Europe.
Chiostro di Saronno - Spring Panettone and Colomba “Dove Cake”
Chiostro di Saronno has some fresh options in their spring panettone and colomba “dove cake” lines.
A chocolate Colomba on three levels: a 13% chocolate cream filling, drops through the dough and a coating on the outside. Anyone opening this box already knows what they want.
In the metal tin of the Elegance line, which protects the leavened cake and stays in the house after Easter. Serve in thick slices, at room temperature.

The Colomba that borrows from the Dubai chocolate bar everyone talks about: a 13% pistachio filling made with 20% pistachio paste, a cocoa coating, chopped pistachios and kadayif pastry — the crisp threads that make the whole thing work.
