Spring 2026 Additions Announced
(Updated October 14, 2025 with Babbi’s Easter Edition 2026 collection, and again on October 29th with Chiostro di Saronno’s Dubai-Style Chocolate Colomba.)
B&R Classics, the U.S. importer of 12 fine European brands, is announcing new items that will be available for the first time for Spring 2026. Pre-book orders for all spring shipments are due by October 29th to ensure the warehouse will have what customers are ordering. Orders will ship in February, as soon as our containers filled with fresh products arrive from Europe.
Chiostro di Saronno - Spring Panettone and Colomba “Dove Cake”
Chiostro di Saronno has some fresh options in their spring panettone and colomba “dove cake” lines.
Italian for “dove,” Colomba is part of Italy's culinary Easter tradition. A yeasted dough enriched with butter, eggs, and sugar is shaped into a dove, then topped with almond paste, pearl sugar, and almonds. Chiostro di Saronno enhances its Colomba with white wine making the Colomba fruity, aromatic, and fresh. A cousin of panettone, the Colomba is produced according to the traditional recipe through slow and natural leavening. All ingredients are natural, fresh, and free of preservatives and colorants. This delicious chocolate cake is an excellent gift or a treat to share with loved ones.
